Frequently Asked Questions

What fees do I pay?

You can see the fees from the checkout screen, so you will know what the total is for your order before paying. You will also receive a receipt showing a breakdown of the order subtotal, applicable taxes, fees, and gratuity.

The total cost of your order includes the price of the menu items and tax, an optional tip to the Driver, and a delivery fee and service fee depending on the restaurant. In some cases, there may be an additional fee for orders below a minimum subtotal and for orders when demand is especially high.

 

How do I know when my order will arrive?
We provide an estimated time range for your order to arrive based on the store and your location. Please be patient as this is just an estimation and may change depending on potential issues preparing or delivering your order. To get the most up to date status of your order, we encourage you to contact the store. You can call them directly.

How do they know where to go?
Your name, address, phone number and delivery instructions are sent to the store its courier so your order can be delivered, and so that they can reach out to you with any updates or questions.

What if I have an issue with my order?
Due to the limited information provided from the store, we encourage you to contact the store to get the most up to date status of your order. You can call them directly. If the store cannot provide any assistance, please reach out to Fast Bagz LLC, by email (customersupport@fastbagz.com) and we will try our best to help you.

No-Contact Delivery 

We are taking action to support restaurants with delivery and to ensure the health and safety of our community. As a part of these measures, we have temporarily made all deliveries no-contact by default and have also enhanced the delivery instructions feature to give you more control. 

How can I report a missing or incorrect item from my order?

While we strive to make both your order and delivery experience perfect every time, sometimes mistakes happen. And when they do, we are here to make things right.

If your order was delivered, but had a missing or incorrect item, the quickest way to get help is by reporting the issue in your Fast Bagz LLC account through the mobile app or email (customersupport@fastbagz.com)

What can I do if my food was delivered late?

We know how important it is to have your food delivered at the expected time. To help resolve this issue, please follow the instructions below to report the late delivery.

How can I get a refund?

There may be times when a customer may not receive their complete order, improper food, or an order not to their liking which results in Fast Bagz LLC issuing refunds and/or credit to customers on behalf of the restaurant.
